1.Definitions

"We", "Us", "Our"

ŁUKASZ PIERZCHAŁA, a sole trader registered in Poland, UL. GENERAŁA SIKORSKIEGO 9/3, PL-26-400 PRZYSUCHA, NIP: 6010089252, reachable at contact@easyfeedmanager.com.

"Plugin"

The Easy Feed Manager WordPress plugin and all associated updates, documentation, and materials distributed by Us.

"License"

The right to use the Plugin granted to You upon purchase of a subscription plan.

"You", "Your"

Any individual or legal entity that creates an account or purchases a License on easyfeedmanager.com.

"Subscription"

A recurring annual license for one of the available plans (Start, Plus, or Max).

"Website"

easyfeedmanager.com and all its subpages.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a Subscription, or downloading the Plugin, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If You do not agree, do not use the Website or the Plugin.

If You are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind that entity.

3.Account Registration

To purchase a License and access the Plugin, You must create an account on the Website. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep Your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify Us immediately at contact@easyfeedmanager.com if You suspect unauthorized use of Your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under Your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4.License Grant

Subject to Your purchase of a valid Subscription and compliance with these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites corresponding to Your plan:

The License is valid for the duration of Your active Subscription. Each site must be a domain registered to You or an organization You represent.

5.License Restrictions

You may not:

• ✕ Resell or redistribute the Plugin, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge.
• ✕ Sublicense the Plugin or grant any other party rights to use it.
• ✕ Use the Plugin as a basis for developing a competing product or service that substantially replicates its core functionality.
• ✕ Install the Plugin on more sites than permitted by Your plan.
• ✕ Modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Plugin or any part of its source code.
• ✕ Remove or alter any copyright notices, license keys, authorship information, or other proprietary markings included in the Plugin.

Any use of the Plugin outside the scope of the License granted in Section 4 constitutes copyright infringement and a material breach of these Terms.

6.Subscription & Payment

6.1 Plans and Pricing

Subscriptions are billed annually. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. All prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT may be added at checkout depending on Your location.

6.2 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder e-mail prior to renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Your account dashboard.

6.3 Price Changes

We may change Subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. The new price will apply at Your next renewal. If You do not agree to the new price, You may cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Our store on easyfeedmanager.com. We do not store full payment card details. By completing a purchase You confirm that You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7.Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact Us at contact@easyfeedmanager.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. Upon processing a refund:

• Your License will be immediately deactivated on all associated sites.
• You must uninstall the Plugin within 7 days of the refund being issued.
• Refunds are not available after the 14-day period has elapsed.
• Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund unless requested within 14 days of the renewal date.

Consumers in the European Union retain all statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. This policy does not limit any rights You may have under the laws of Your country.

8.Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including its source code, design, documentation, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ŁUKASZ PIERZCHAŁA and is protected by Polish and international copyright law.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to You. You receive only the limited License described in Section 4.

The name "Easy Feed Manager" and associated logos and branding are proprietary marks of ŁUKASZ PIERZCHAŁA. You may not use them in any way that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without Our prior written consent.

9.Updates & Support

9.1 Updates

Active Subscribers receive all Plugin updates for the duration of their Subscription. Updates are delivered via the WordPress admin dashboard. We do not guarantee that updates will be compatible with all WordPress configurations, themes, or third-party plugins.

9.2 Support

Support is provided by e-mail at contact@easyfeedmanager.com. Response times and priority levels vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to decline support requests that fall outside the documented scope of the Plugin.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The Plugin will be compatible with every version of WordPress, WooCommerce, or third-party software.
• Feed files generated by the Plugin will be accepted by any advertising or marketplace platform.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ŁUKASZ PIERZCHAŁA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Plugin or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount You paid for the Subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Consumers in the European Union retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12.Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.

In particular:

• Account data (name, e-mail, billing information) is processed to provide the service and fulfil contractual obligations.
• Newsletter data (first name and e-mail address) is processed on the basis of Your consent and managed via MailerLite. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter e-mail.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your account and License, with or without notice, if You:

• Breach any provision of these Terms,
• Fail to pay a due Subscription renewal,
• Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.

Upon termination, Your License is immediately revoked and You must uninstall the Plugin. Sections 5, 8, 11, and 14 survive termination.

You may terminate Your account at any time by contacting Us. Termination does not entitle You to a refund outside the 14-day window described in Section 7.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Your country of residence also apply and take precedence where they provide greater protection.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. EU consumers may also bring claims before the courts of their country of habitual residence or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, We will notify You by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Plugin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
