- Static values for platform-required fields your products don't have
Map WooCommerce fields to feed columns — prefix, value and suffix per row
One table. Every platform configured.
The mapping table has one row per feed field — a feed field name on the left, a WooCommerce data source on the right. Here is how you work with it.
Start from a template
Platform Templates pre-fill the table with sensible defaults — field names, sources and formats already configured. You don't start from a blank slate.
Change any source
Click the source dropdown on any row to browse or search all 120+ available WooCommerce fields — prices, images, meta, ACF, taxonomies and more.
Adjust the output
Add a prefix or suffix to any field — for example append "USD" after a price, or add a brand label before a title. No rules needed for simple text additions.
Add or remove fields
Use "Add attribute" to include any field the template doesn't cover — including fully custom names for non-standard platforms or private feed APIs.
Check any mapping against a real product
Paste a product URL directly into the mapping table, click Load, and the real values for that product appear beneath each row — instantly. You see exactly what the feed will output for that product, before generating anything.
Paste a product URL and click Load
Real values appear next to each attribute
Verify custom field mappings
Using a custom meta field or ACF field? Load a product to confirm it returns the exact value you expect — not null, not an array, not the wrong format.
Catch mistakes before they spread
A wrong mapping affects every product in the feed. A 30-second preview on one product saves you from discovering the problem after thousands of items are already submitted.
Every piece of product data, ready to map
Standard WooCommerce fields are covered across all key categories. And if you use a plugin that adds its own product data — chances are we can pull that too.
Product identity
SKU, GTIN, MPN, product IDs and variant group identifiers — everything platforms need to match and deduplicate your products.
Pricing
Regular, sale and active price in 18+ variants — including VAT-adjusted, rounded, discount percentage and platform-specific decimal formats.
Images
Main product image and all gallery images, each accessible as a separate field or combined into a single comma-separated value.
Descriptions & copy
Full description, short description and HTML-stripped variants for platforms that reject markup.
Availability & stock
Stock status pre-formatted for each platform — Google Shopping, Facebook, TikTok Ads, Kelkoo Group, Yandex and more.
Categories & taxonomy
Primary category, full hierarchy path, all assigned categories and their URLs. Works with any custom taxonomy.
Dimensions & shipping
Product weight, height, length and width, plus shipping class — required by platforms that calculate shipping costs from the feed.
Dates & promotions
Sale price start and end dates in ISO 8601 format, creation date, publish date and days since the product was created.
Third-party plugin fields
Any custom meta field, any taxonomy and ACF fields are directly accessible as sources. If your plugin stores data in WordPress — it's mappable.
Other
Product type, featured status, average rating, review count, total sales, catalog visibility, product attributes (pa_color, pa_size) and more.
Works with
Fine-tune every field
Two lightweight modifiers that handle the majority of output formatting needs — without writing rules.
Prefix and suffix
Prepend or append any text to a mapped field value. The most common use is adding a currency code after a price — but it works for any label or separator.
Static values
Some platform fields have no WooCommerce equivalent — like condition (always "new") or adult (always "no"). Static values let you hardcode a fixed value for all products in the feed.
For conditional per-product values, use the Rules Engine.
