Account registration
When you create an account on easyfeedmanager.com:

- E-mail address
- Password (stored as a one-way hash — never in plain text)
Purchase and billing
When you purchase a subscription:
- Billing name and address
- Country and VAT number (if applicable)
- Transaction ID and subscription status
Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter:
- First name
- E-mail address
Managed via MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any e-mail.
Support tickets
When you submit a support request:
- Name and e-mail address
- Content of your messages and any attachments you provide
Tickets are handled through our own self-hosted support system. Data does not leave our infrastructure.
Technical and usage data
Automatically collected when you browse the website:
- IP address (anonymised where possible)
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Pages visited, time on page, referral source
- Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity — consent required)

5.License Activation & Plugin Data
License management for the Easy Feed Manager plugin is handled by Easy Digital Downloads Software Licensing, running on our own servers at easyfeedmanager.com.
When you activate or deactivate your license within WordPress, the plugin sends a request to our server containing:
- Your license key
- The URL of the WordPress site activating the license
- WordPress version, PHP version, and plugin version
This data is used solely to verify that the license is valid and not activated on more sites than your plan allows. It is processed on the legal basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and stored on our own infrastructure.
The plugin itself does not collect, transmit, or store any data about your customers, products, orders, or WooCommerce store activity.

7.International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party processors are based in the United States (Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare). Transfers of personal data to these processors are safeguarded by one or more of the following mechanisms:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (where the processor is certified)
MailerLite and SEOHost are based in the EU and no transfer outside the EEA occurs for data processed by these services.
8.Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and no longer than the periods below:

10.Children's Privacy
Our website and plugin are intended for use by adults operating e-commerce businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
