AND / OR logic · Live product count

Include only the products that belong in each feed

Filters let you narrow down which products enter the feed — only in-stock items, above a price threshold, in specific categories, and more. Build any combination with AND / OR logic.

  • AND/OR group logic — build complex, nested conditions
  • Filter by price, stock, category, SKU, meta, ACF, taxonomy
  • Live count — see matching vs. total products as you build

Filter rules apply before export — only matching products reach your ad platform

AND or OR — you decide how conditions combine

Each filter group uses either AND (all conditions must match) or OR (any condition is enough). Mix both within a single feed.

AND

A product passes only if every condition is true at the same time.

What you can filter by

Filters support all standard WooCommerce product fields plus custom meta, ACF fields, and any registered taxonomy.

Pricing

Price, regular price and sale price — filter by exact amount or range to keep only products within the budget your campaign targets.

Stock & availability

Stock status (in stock, out of stock, on backorder) and backorder availability — remove out-of-stock items before they reach the platform.

Product identity

SKU, GTIN, MPN and internal product ID — useful for excluding products that lack required identifiers for platforms like Google Shopping.

Content

Title, full description and short description — exclude products with missing or too-short descriptions before they are submitted.

Physical attributes

Product weight, height, length and width — useful for restricting feeds to specific size or weight ranges.

Categories & taxonomy

Any WooCommerce category, tag or custom taxonomy (tax:TAXONOMY) — build a separate feed per category for each ad campaign.

Product attributes

WooCommerce product attributes (pa_color, pa_size and others) — filter by specific variant options or attribute values.

Custom meta fields

Any product meta field referenced by key (meta:KEY) — works with any plugin that stores data in post meta.

ACF fields

ACF fields attached to products (acf:FIELD_NAME) — filter on any custom field value you manage through Advanced Custom Fields.

Available operators

Each condition uses one operator to compare the product field against your value. Pick the one that fits the logic you need.

equals

Exact match — the field value must equal your input precisely. Works for text, numbers and status fields.

not_equals

Excludes products where the field matches your input exactly. Use to remove a specific category, status or SKU prefix.

greater_than

Numeric comparison — the field value must be higher than your input. Ideal for price thresholds.

less_than

Numeric comparison — the field value must be lower than your input. Use to cap a price range or weight limit.

contains

Partial text match — the field value must include your input anywhere within it. Works with titles, SKUs and descriptions.

not_contains

Excludes products where the field contains your input as a substring. Useful for filtering out SKU patterns.

in

Accepts a comma-separated list of values — the product passes if its field value matches any item in the list.

not_in

Excludes products whose field value appears anywhere in your comma-separated list.

is_empty

Passes only products where the field has no value at all — useful for catching missing GTINs or empty descriptions.

is_not_empty

Passes only products where the field contains any value — ensures required fields are present before export.

Live product count as you build

As you add or change filter conditions, the plugin immediately recalculates how many products will enter the feed. The result appears as a banner above the filter builder — no guessing, no save-and-wait.

Real database query — not an estimate, not a cache
Updates live as you change field, operator or value
Shows "All X products will be included" when no filters are active

Common use cases

Only in-stock products — avoid Google Merchant rejections
One feed per category — separate campaigns for clothing and electronics
Exclude products below €10 — many platforms penalise low-value items
Exclude products without GTIN — required by Google for some categories
