No-questions-asked refund within 14 days
If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
We believe Easy Feed Manager will deliver real value for your store. But if it doesn't — for any reason — you shouldn't have to pay for it. This guarantee applies to all plans: Start, Plus, and Max.
2.Eligibility
A refund request is eligible when all of the following conditions are met:
- ✓ The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- ✓ The request comes from the account holder who made the purchase.
- ✓ No prior refund has been issued on the same account.
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has elapsed, regardless of the reason.
3.How to Request a Refund
The process is straightforward — no forms, no hoops.
Send an e-mail
Write to contact@easyfeedmanager.com from the address associated with your account. Include your order number if you have it — it speeds things up.
We confirm and process
We'll confirm your refund by e-mail, deactivate your license, and initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Uninstall the plugin
Please remove Easy Feed Manager from all WordPress sites within 7 days of receiving your refund confirmation.
4.Processing Time
Once we approve your request, the refund is initiated immediately through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — this is typically a few business days but is outside our control.
Refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds as store credit, bank transfers, or by any other means.
5.After Your Refund
When your refund is processed:
- Your license is immediately deactivated on all sites.
- Your account remains accessible but no active subscription is attached.
- You must uninstall the plugin from all WordPress sites within 7 days.
- Any feed URLs generated by the plugin will stop working once the license is deactivated.
6.Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund the renewal charge in full.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund of the current period's charge.
We send a renewal reminder by e-mail before each charge. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us to update your e-mail address.
7.Plan Changes
We do not offer pro-rated upgrades or mid-cycle plan switches. If you purchased the wrong plan, the cleanest path is:
Request a refund for the original purchase within the 14-day window.
Purchase the correct plan at the standard price.
The one-refund-per-account limit applies. If you have already used your refund, a plan-change refund will not be issued.
8.Limitations
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- ✕ Requests made after the 14-day window.
- ✕ Accounts that have already received a refund.
- ✕ Renewal charges where the request is made more than 14 days after the renewal date.
- ✕ Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
Consumers in the European Union retain all statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the laws of your country.
